Canadian Skin Routine

As you already know, Canada is a very COLD country ! And such temperatures can be really damaging for soft and sensitive skins ... like mine !? After nearly a month here I have found a Canadian winter beauty routine that suits me quite well :)

Cold, ugh?

First of all, I wash my face twice a day - in the morning, I massage it with my hands with Purity Facial Cleanser de Philosophy  & in the evening while I shower, I use my Clarisonic machine with a nut of Fresh Soy Cleanser. Clarisonic was  product I was not really sure about when I bought it, but after 10 months of use, I can happily say it was my 2013's best beauty buy !!!

When I go out, I "always" ( hum hum, little lie here ... not always, but most of the time, okay sometimes ! ) remove the make-up and wash my face quickly with the closest cleanser at hand ! Because you know, late night make up removal is all about doing it as fast as you can to crawl into your bed and wake up as fresh ( ? well at least correct ) as possible after dancing the night away ;)

Creepy & tired me being silly before bed ...

The most important step of my ritual is moisturizing. The cold litterally makes your skin feel like paper,  it is very uncomfortable. In the morning I apply Integrine Hydra Thelia, I have found it at Sephora - sale bargain - and I am pleased by this product. I don't feel any discomfort.

Love

When I go to bed, I apply a massive reparation cream weapon, The Nivea Crème. One generous layer all over my face. No need to say that it makes me gleam like a glow-worm, but who cares !!! What matters is that when I wake up my skin is smooth and at its "best" :) Plus, it smells like my GrandMother, because as far as I can remember she has always used that product.

Burt Bees', EOS & Nuxe

As for my lips, no more chaps thanks to my lip balms army !!!
